PET Policy

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs so you can enjoy your Hill Country getaway with your furry companion.

Pet Fee

A non-refundable pet fee of $55 per night applies per reservation. This fee covers additional cleaning and maintenance required after pet stays.

Pet Approval

All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Pet Limits

• Maximum of 2 dogs per cabin

• Dogs only (no cats or other animals unless approved)

• Dogs must be house-trained

Supervision & Safety

• Dogs should not be left unattended inside the cabin unless properly kenneled

• Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior at all times

• Aggressive or disruptive behavior is not permitted

Furniture & Cleanliness

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

• Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property

• Please dispose of waste properly in designated trash areas

Outdoor Guidelines

• Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside at all times

• Be respectful of neighboring guests, wildlife, and property

Damage & Additional Cleaning

A refundable pet deposit of $100 per reservation applies. This fee covers any incidentals, damages or liabilities caused by their pets. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet, including but not limited to:

• Furniture damage

• Excessive hair or odors requiring deep cleaning

• Yard or landscaping damage

Noise Policy

Excessive barking or disturbances to other guests or neighbors is not allowed and may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

Service Animals

We comply with ADA regulations regarding service animals. Service animals are welcome and are not subject to pet fees. However, guests are responsible for any damages caused.

Liability

By bringing a pet, guests agree to assume all responsibility for any injury, damage, or liability caused by their pet during their stay.
